As a drummer I have studied with

Charles Davis
Michael P Cahill
and
Steve Fortuna.

While I respect the abilities of guys like Carter Beauford, Dave Weckle and the like, I have spent more time in the studio than on stage so my playing is more based on being the right player for the song than on being flashy. I can sing and play and play to a click.
